Price allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Canadiens loss to Washington on Saturday. Al Montoya started on Sunday, so obviously Price will go tonight in Colorado. Price has had his struggles recently, but tonight’s matchup might be just what the doctor ordered. He is a must-start against a really bad Avalanche.

Carey Price
Crawford will start Wednesday in Minnesota.

Crawford allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Blackhawks’ win in Dallas on Saturday. Crawford has won his last two games while turning aside 55 of 61 shots (.902 SV%). Stafford (lower-body) will return to the Jets lineup on Tuesday.

Stafford has missed the last six games with a lower-body injury, but was on the ice this morning and will skate with Nic Petan and Mathieu Perreault tonight—a pretty offensive fourth line. Stafford has just 12 points (4G / 8A) in 34 games this season.

Myers has been out nearly three months and will miss at least six more weeks after he underwent surgery to repair a lower-body injury. This is a tough break for the towering defenseman, who has only played in 11 games this season.
