Boqvist was the No.8 overall pick in 2018 and has registered just one goal in six games with Rockford this season. He is an under-sized, offensive-minded defenseman that had 60 points (20G / 40A) in 54 games with the London Knights (OHL) last season. The Blackhawks continue to make a commitment to younger players, as Boqvist's promotion comes one day after they said Kirby Dach will remain with the team.

Bennett will miss his second straight game with a lower-body injury but the Flames are hopeful he will play Thursday vs. the Panthers. Even if he does play, the former No.3 overall pick should be left on free agency--he has just two points (1G / 1A) and is playing just 12:40 ATOI in nine games this season.
Bitetto has missed the last two games but will replace Tucker Poolman (minor injury) in the lineup on Tuesday. Bitetto has one assist, 14 shots and a minus-2 rating in eight games this season.
Barkov left Saturday's game in Nashville but is good-to-go for Tuesday's game. This is huge news for the Panthers, who could be without their second-line centre, Vincent Trocheck. Bunnaman averaged 9:35 TOI/gm while appearing in four of the Flyers first five games. He failed to record a point but was able to get a taste of the NHL. The first fourth-round pick returns to the AHL, where he had 19 goals and 13 assists (32 points) in 62 games a season ago.
Bjornfot was the Kings' first-round pick this summer and played in the first three games of the season but was a healthy scratch in the last four. It makes no sense to have an 18-year-old sitting in the press box, so they send him back to Ontario where he will log big minutes.
Bitetto was forced to leave Tuesday’s game vs. The Coyotes after logging 9:05 TOI. Luckily for the Jets, they had an impressive rookie in Ville Heinola sitting on the bench waiting to draw back into the lineup on Thursday.
Bunnaman has appeared in all three games this season but will come out of the lineup with Chris Stewart set to make his Flyers debut. Bunnaman has no points and just three shots while averaging 9:01 TOI/gm.
