2024 NHL Draft Tracker: Pick-by-pick for the first round

The 2024 NHL Draft is finally here.

The opening night in Vegas will see 32 players realize their dream of getting selected to the big leagues. Macklin Celebrini is the top prize, with the San Jose Sharks expected to take him with the first overall pick.

If this crop will have any legacy, it’s the number of top-end defenders and the wild variance in opinions for the players expected to go early in the draft.
