The 2026 NHL Draft is closing in – and the fun is set to truly begin soon.
The draft will take place at KeyBank Center in Buffalo on June 26–27, 2026. It’ll be the second straight year for the decentralized draft format, meaning teams will handle the draft from the comforts of their own offices. Despite that, around 100 players are expected to attend the draft in person.
