Bruins sign Max Jones and Riley Tufte to contracts
The Boston Bruins just keep on adding.
On Monday, the Boston Bruins announced they have signed forwards Riley Tufte and Max Jones to contracts.

Tufte is signing a one-year, $775,000 contract, he spent the 2023-24 season with the Colorado Avalanche and their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate the Colorado Eagles. The 6-foot-6 forward appeared in five games with Avalanche where he tallied one goal and one assist. Most of his time was spent in the AHL, where he tallied 23 goals and 22 assists for 45 points in 67 games.
Tufte was oringally selected No. 25 overall in the 2016 NHL Draft by the Dallas Stars, he has appeared in 18 NHL games registering three points.
Jones is signing a two-year, $2 million contract that sees an average annual value (AAV) of $1 million. Jones spent the 2023-24 season with the Anaheim Ducks where he tallied five goals and 10 assists for 15 points in 52 games. Jones was oringally a No. 24 overall pick by the Ducks in the 2016 NHL Draft. Throughout his career so far, the 26-year-old has tallied 31 goals and 62 points in 258 games.
Earlier today, the Bruins also signed Elias Lindholm and defenseman Nikita Zadorov to multi-year contracts.
