Daily Fantasy Hockey Notebook (12/04)
Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.
The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, prominent line changes, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.
While this is obviously more geared towards daily fantasy hockey, it can be just as useful for season-long players as well. Injuries are obviously key, but important line changes could be viewed as as potential waiver wire pickups and the goalie rankings can help you make the tough starting goalie decisions you face on large slates.
Key Injuries
– Chandler Stephenson (upper-body) will not play vs. the Sharks.
– Paul Martin (ankle) will not play on Monday; hopeful to return on Thursday.
– Yannick Weber (lower-body) will return to the Predators blueline.
– Ryan Johansen is day-to-day with an upper-body injury; not expected to play Monday.
– Kris Versteeg underwent hip surgery on Monday and is considered month-to-month.
