Goalie Rankings

Streaming Targets 🎯

Ville Husso (STL) – @ OTT (67% Owned)

Husso is already owned in the majority of leagues but projects to be a great start tonight and on most nights for the rest of the season. Husso has started eight of the last 12 games for the Blues, posting a 7-1-0 record with a 1.33 GAA and .954 SV%, severely outperforming Jordan Binnington (71% owned) in the process.

The Blues currently hold the second Wild Card spot in the Western Conference and there is no reason to believe that they won’t keep rolling with Husso as they continue to jockey for playoff position.

Dan Vladar (CGY) — vs. CBJ (10% Owned)

Vladar’s playing time has been very limited this season. Things have especially slowed down for him lately since he’s given up three-plus goals in four straight starts (.869 SV%). Still, he plays for a Calgary team that gives up the third-fewest Scoring Chances Against/60 (24.5) and fifth-fewest High-Danger Chances Against/60 (9.5), so he makes for an intriguing streaming option whenever he gets the call.

The Blue Jackets’ offence comes in averaging an impressive 4.3 goals per game in their last six games, so the matchup is far from ideal but the sportsbooks still love the Flames tonight (-277 favourites).

Casey DeSmith (PIT) — vs. PHI (7% Owned)

DeSmith will get the start in goal for the Pittsburgh Penguins tonight in a matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers. The Penguins sit first in the Metropolitan Division and are massive -316 home favourites against a Flyers team that is in last place in the same division and have a 2-12-3 record in their last 17 games.

Dating back to the beginning of December, DeSmith has put together a string of very good performances in his limited action. During that stretch (4-0-1), he has an impressive 2.18 GAA, .926 SV%, and two shutouts.
