Golden Knights place Nic Hague on injured reserve
The Vegas Golden Knights have announced that they have placed defenseman Nic Hague on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury.
Hague has one point in nine games to start the 2024-25 season.

— Daily Faceoff – Fantasy (@DFOFantasy) November 8, 2024Hague battled with injuries last season and into the Stanley Cup playoffs which caused him to miss games during Vegas’s first round matchup against the Dallas Stars.
Last season, the 25-year-old racked up 12 points in 73 games, he appeared in one Stanley Cup playoff contest before being injured.
Hague is in the final year of a three-year contract he signed with the Golden Knights in 2022. The contract has an average annual value (AAV) of $2.29 million.
Throughout his career, the 6-foot-6, 240-pound defenseman has racked up 16 goals and 56 assists for 72 points and 199 penalty minutes in 305 NHL games, all with Vegas. Hague has added eight points in 33 Stanely Cup Playoff contests.
Prior to his NHL tenure, Hague was a pivotal member of the Chicago Wolves 2019 team that made its way to the Calder Cup Final.
Vegas currently sits first in the Pacific Division with a 9-3-1 record and 19 points. The Golden Knights are slated to take on the Seattle Kraken on Friday and the Carolina Hurricanes on Monday.
