NHL releases 2024 All-Star jerseys in collaboration with Justin Bieber streetwear line

The National Hockey League has unveiled the four jerseys that will be worn during this year’s NHL All-Star Game in Toronto, Ontario.

The game is slated to take place on February 3 at Scotiabank Arena, the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs. It’ll cap off a weekend of festivities that will also include a fantasy draft to select the competing teams, as well as the annual skills competition.

The new jerseys, designed in collaboration with pop star (and celebrity Leafs fan) Justin Bieber’s “drew house” streetwear company, match the color scheme of this year’s All-Star logo by coming in blue, yellow, red, and white variations.

The NHL typically releases new All-Star jerseys every year to sync up with the aesthetic and vibes of each different host locale. Last year’s All-Star game, held in Florida, saw the players wear jerseys with a Miami Vice-themed pink, blue, and black color scheme.

This isn’t the first time Justin Bieber’s apparel company has crossed over into the hockey world. Most notably, Bieber worked with the Maple Leafs to launch their black “Next Gen” jersey late in the 2021–22 season.

The Leafs have used that black jersey ever since as their alternate look, donning it periodically each year. It incorporates a blue logo with a tie-dye-like pattern, as well as a secondary black-and-yellow design that can be seen when the jersey is worn inside-out.

“After the tremendous success of our first NHL, Adidas, and drew house collaboration for the Toronto Maple Leafs’ Next Gen jerseys, we looked forward to another opportunity to bring a bold, fashion-forward look to NHL jerseys,” NHL chief brand officer Brian Jennings said in a statement released on Saturday. “The All-Star weekend in Toronto is the perfect setting for a fresh perspective on the All-Star jersey.

“The vibrant colors in this year’s All-Star collection are both youthful and classic and offer the perfect complement to the young NHL talent set to meet in Toronto for this year’s NHL All-Star Weekend,” Jennings continued.

The jerseys are already available for sale on the NHL website, as well as Adidas’ own online store. This marks the final All-Star collaboration between the NHL and Adidas, which will be replaced by Fanatics as the league’s official on-ice uniform manufacturer beginning with the 2024–25 season.
