The 26-year-old Laskova was Montreal’s fourth-round pick in the PWHL Draft last September. She started the 2023-24 season with Lulea HF of the SDHL, scoring a goal and five assists for six points in 13 games.
She spent the 2022-23 campaign with the Toronto Six of the PHF, scoring four goals and nine assists for 13 points in 24 games, helping the team win an Isobel Championship.
“Laska is a highly skilled player who brings versatility and international experience to our lineup,” said Montreal head coach Kori Cheverie. “Her outgoing personality provides energy at the rink.”
Laskova is a graduate of Merrimack College, where she spent four years as a staple on the Warriors’ blue line. Over her time with Merrimack, she scored nine goals and 22 assists for 31 points.
A member of the Czechia’s national team, Laskova won two Bronze medals at the World Championships in 2022 and 2023.

For Keopple, 23, this is her first professional contract. She graduated from Princeton last spring and served as alternate captain for the Princeton Tigers during the 2022-23 season, where she received All-Ivy League Honorable Mention with 15 points in 31 games.
The five-foot-nine defender will be among the tallest players in the league this season.
“I’m so excited to be signing with Montreal and exploring a new city, and I cannot wait to get started with the team and incredible staff,” said Keopple.
