When speaking to the media on Sunday, Ottawa Senators head coach Travis Green revealed that goaltender Linus Ullmark is considered week-to-week. He also stated that defenseman Travis Hamonic is going to be out for 2-4 weeks with a lower-body injury.

Green also mentioned that Michael Amadio and David Perron, both of whom missed a number of games due to injury, are both skating, but neither have a timeline for their return.

Ullmark hasn’t played since Dec. 22, when he left a game against the game against the Edmonton Oilers with an upper-body injury. It couldn’t have come at a worse time for the Sens, as Ullmark was rolling at the time, winning each of his last seven starts before the injury and eight of his previous nine.

Things haven’t gone well for Ottawa since then. Including the Oilers game, the Senators have lost four of their last five games, including getting shutout by the St. Louis Blues on Friday.

Ullmark missed time due to an injury back in October as well.

It hasn’t been announced when exactly Hamonic was injured, though he did receive a firm hit from Blues forward Nathan Walker in Friday’s game against St. Louis. Hamonic was seen in pain on the ice. He has played all but one game so far this season for Ottawa, and with other defenders suffering injuries, Hamonic has been called upon to play more minutes.

Amadio has been out of the lineup with a concussion since Dec. 21. The 28-year-old played 33 games, scoring two goals and 10 points, before getting hurt.

Perron was a surprise scratch in the Sens’ game against the Calgary Flames on Nov. 25 and hasn’t played since due to an upper-body injury. The veteran has only played nine games this year, as he left the team for personal reasons, missing close to a month before returning the week before he was hurt.

The Senators (19-17-2) are fifth in the Atlantic Division, hanging onto the second Wild Card spot in the Eastern Conference.
