Sharks Hold on to Devin Setoguchi
Once again, the San Jose Sharks made another strong offseason move by locking up young forward Devin Setoguchi for another year and a modest 1.8 million cap hit. This re-signing comes after keeping both Joe Pavelski and Patrick Marleau and choosing to let Evgeni Nabokov set sail for greener pastures.
The Sharks entered this offseason with a number of this core players needing new contracts. Expect the team to sit on top of the Pacific Division once again and therefore carry a number of fantasy relevant players. Setoguchi could be a 60-70 point player or a 40-50 point player, but his nine points in 15 playoff games points to the latter.
If he is available in a later round feel free to pull the trigger.
