Frank and Jason are back with a fresh episode of The DFO Rundown. Coming off a full weekend of NHL hockey, the guys went through some of the biggest storylines that emerged from the last few days.

Nothing is getting more attention than Auston Matthews’ red-hot start. After back-to-back hat-tricks, the Maple Leafs’ star has a chance to make NHL history on Monday night if he can score a third consecutive hatty. What’s his limit for goals this season? The guys debated that.

They also went through some preseason overreactions before getting to the “Generous Guy of the Week” brought to you by Crown Royale where they talked about a heavyweight tilt in Toronto and a light-hearted moment in Columbus.
