A lot of people wondered if the Tampa Bay Lightning would be able to survive the first ten weeks of the season without Andrei Vasilevskiy, and the answer is that they aren’t just surviving; they’re thriving. Are the Bolts legit Cup threats this year?

Out west, many thought the Vancouver Canucks could jump back into the playoffs this season, but almost nobody would have guessed that they’d be one of the best teams in the entire league out of the gates. Is it sustainable? Frank thinks so.

Frank and Jason also discussed Flames Head Coach Ryan Huska’s decision to bench Jonathan Huberdeau. They discussed where the two sides go from here and how Huberdeau can turn it around.
