Booth missed Thursday’s game with a fractured nose that he suffered on Wednesday. However, he will return tonight, but coach Horachek would not say whether Matt Frattin or Troy Bodie would come out of the lineup.

Booth is still being monitored by the Maple Leafs medical staff, but he has not been diagnosed with a concussion at this time, which is good news considering his history of concussion problems. If all he has is a fractured nose, then there is a chance he could throw on a face shield and be in the lineup tonight vs. the Sharks.

Booth went in to hit Sami Vatanen, who got his elbow up and caught Booth in the head. Booth went down and was woozy heading back to the bench. He has a history of concussion problems, so their is obviously a huge concern for the 30-year-old forward. Booth won’t play on Thursday, Matt Frattin has been recalled.

Booth was recalled from his conditioning stint this morning and is expected make his season debut on Wednesday. He skated on a line with Trevor Smith and Joffrey Lupul this morning and should be on a similar line vs. the Penguins.

Booth is expected to make his NHL debut on Wednesday. He had a strong conditioning stint, scoring one goal with 10 shots in two games.

Booth returned to practice at the start of the week as he works his way back from a broken foot that he suffered in the preseason. He was originally expected to be out 4-6 weeks, but today marks the 10 1/2 week mark. He is expected to play with the Marlies tonight and likely Sunday, before returning to the Maple Leafs next week.

Booth has not made his Maple Leafs debut yet and he is behind schedule in his return, but getting on the ice is finally a step in the right direction. He is six weeks removed from the fractured foot, but is probably still two weeks away from playing.

Booth took a spin on the ice this morning for the first time since he fractured his foot in late September. His original timetable was four weeks and he is already past that mark. The Leafs later said it would be more like six weeks, but by the sounds of coach Carlyle's comments, it could be even longer than that.

Booth was originally expected to miss a minimum of four weeks with a fractured foot, but now it is looking more like a minimum of six weeks. He is two weeks into the original timetable, so expect him to be out until at least the middle of November and perhaps beyond that.

Booth, 29, signed a one-year deal with the Maple Leafs this offseason. The oft-injured forward can not seem to catch a break. He has missed a total if 78 games in the last three seasons and will miss at least one month to start this year. His spot may be filled by Josh Leivo who has had a strong preseason.

Booth, 29, recorded nine goals and 10 assists (19 points) in 66 games with the Canucks last season. Booth has had a difficult time staying healthy in recent years. Over the last three season Booth has missed 72 of 212 games (34%). At $1.1 million for one season, Booth is a low-risk signing for the Maple Leafs.

Booth has not recorded a point in his last five games and only has 10 points (5G / 5A) in 32 games this season. The one-time 30-goal scorer and three-time 20-goal man is just a shade of his former self.

Booth was a healthy scratch for the third straight game on Saturday, but will get back in the lineup tonight vs. Los Angeles. In 13 games this season Booth has one goal and two assists. Booth is expected to skate on the fourth line.

Booth will sit while Dale Wiese reenters the lineup after missing the last 10 games with a leg injury. Booth failed to record a point in either of his first two games since returning from a lower-body injury.

Booth had one assist and a minus-1 rating in three games with Utica. He will return to the Canucks where he has one goal and two assists in 11 games. In his three years in Vancouver he has had a hard time staying healthy and has only been able to muster 35 points (18G / 17A) in 79 games. Booth should be in the lineup on Thursday.

Booth has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury, but his designation to the AHL is a good sign that he is nearing a return to the Canucks lineup.

Booth has missed five of the last six games with a lower-body injury. A week ago he was reported to be out 1-2 weeks, so there is a chance he could play tomorrow vs. Phoenix.

Booth was injured on Thursday and missed Friday's game. He will be out for the shortest amount of time compared to the other injured Canucks forwards. Vancouver is still waiting for the former 30-goal scorer to stay healthy and produce. To this point he has only appeared in 79 games in three seasons while scoring just 18 goals with the Canucks.
