Boqvist was a healthy scratch in Minnesota on Saturday but will replace Zach Werenski (upper-body) in the lineup on Tuesday. Boqvist has picked up 20 points (11G / 9A) in 41 games this season.
Boqvist has been out since February 27th but is expected to play Friday in Winnipeg. Boqvist has scored 10 goals and nine assists (19 points) in 40 games this season.
Boqvist was not on the ice for the Blue Jackets' morning skate and will not be available for Tuesday's game vs. New Jersey. Boqvist had been filling in for Zach Werenski (upper-body) on PP1. With both of them out, either Dean Kukan or Jake Christiansen will likely take over that role.
Boqvist missed the last three games while in COVID-19 protocol but is set to play Wednesday vs. the Flames. Boqvist, who will replace Gavin Bayreuther in the lineup, has 14 points (7G / 7A) and a minus-10 rating in 26 games this season.
Boqvist has missed the last three games with an upper-body injury but is set to play Thursday vs. the Predators. Boqvist has been pretty solid for the Blue Jackets so far, scoring six goals with three assists (nine points) in 18 games.

Boqvist was the No.8 overall pick in 2018 and enjoyed some success in his first full NHL season in 2021. The 20-year-old had two goals with 14 assists (16 points) in 35 games with the Blackhawks last year and will likely see a massive workload increase in 2021-22. Boqvist could replace Jones on the Blue Jackets' top-pairing with Zach Werenski.
Boqvist suffered a broken wrist on Tuesday night and will miss the rest of the season. Luckily, Boqvist will not require surgery and should be ready for the start of the 2022 NHL season.
Boqvist was knocked out of Monday's game after one shift and was not on the ice for Wednesday's practice. With Boqvist in concussion protocol, look for Nikita Zadorov to replace him in the lineup on Thursday.
It's unclear whether or not Boqvist will actually play on Tuesday, since the Blackhawks have played pretty well as of late. If he does play, he will most likely replace Nicolas Beaudin.
Getting added to the COVID-19 reserve list means that Boqvist likely will not be available for the Tuesday/Wednesday back-to-back in Nashville. Boqvist's roommate Alex DeBrincat was also added to the list, so Chicago could be without two of their best offensive weapons in a tough series with the Predators.
Boqvist suffered a concussion vs. the Blues on Sunday and is out indefinitely. With Boqvist out, Nicolas Beaudin was recalled from Rockford (AHL) and will make his NHL debut on Wednesday. Lucas Carlsson will likely see some power-play time with Boqvist sidelined.
Boqvist was a late-scratch from Friday's lineup after suffering a wrist injury in warmups. He was back on the ice for Sunday's morning skate and said he is "good-to-go" for tonight's game vs. the Blues.
