Henrique left the Ducks' previous game vs. Tampa Bay after just 10:55 TOI due to a lower-body injury and will not play Thursday vs. Washington. The 33-year-old has 19 goals, 14 assists, 122 SOG, 22 PIMs and a -7 plus/minus through 57 games prior to his injury.
Henrique will not be in the Ducks' lineup Wednesday as he has stepped away from the team for the birth of his child. In 13 games this season, the 32-year-old has four goals and an assist while playing 16:03 ATOI.
Henrique has not played since December 3rd but has been activated from IR according to the team website and could return to the lineup on Thursday. Henrique had 16 points (6G / 10A) in 24 games before getting hurt.
Henrique suffered a lower-body injury vs. the Flames on Friday and did not travel with the team as they started their five-game road trip. It seems likely that he will miss the entire week. Buddy Robinson will make his Ducks debut in Henrique's place.
