Steen hasn't played since February 23rd because of a shoulder injury. Steen had a good start to the season going scoring four goals and 12 assists in 18 games before getting hurt. He will likely play on a line with David Backes and Chris Stewart.
The Blues have home games Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday of this week so it sounds like Steen will be back soon.
The hope was that Steen (shoulder) would be able to return right away but that is not the case. He will join Andy McDonald on IR after the two of them collided in practice. There is no timetable for Steen's return, but it doesn't appear as if he will be out long-term.
