Carlo left Tuesday's game vs. the Blues after playing just 4:48 TOI and did not return. He's expected to be replaced by Matt Grzelcyk, who returns from a one-game absence.

Carlo suffered a laceration on his wrist during the morning skate and is questionable to play in Ottawa. Derek Forbort was set to be a healthy scratch but he will play if Carlo can't.

Carlo has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury but will play Tuesday vs. the Golden Knights. With Carlo back, Mike Reilly will be a healthy scratch.

Carlo struggled with injuries during the 2021 campaign, missing 29 of the 56 games and finishing with just three goals and one assist. Still, he's an integral part of the Bruins' top-4 moving forward and they made a lengthy commitment to the 24-year-old.

So Carlo will be back in either Monday or Tuesday but won't play both. It seems more likely that Miller will dress Monday and sit out Tuesday, clearing the way for Carlo.

Carlo was already ruled out of Saturday's game but the Bruins announced that he's week-to-week with an upper-body injury that he suffered in the first period of Thursday's game. With Carlo out on Saturday, Steven Kampfer is expected to draw back into the lineup.

Carlo has been out since March 5th but says he's 100 percent and will play on Tuesday. Carlo will provide a huge defensive boost to the Bruins' top-4 but comes in with just two goals and one assist in 21 games.

Carlo missed Saturday's game due to a personal matter but will replace Jeremy Lauzon in the lineup on Sunday. Carlo has four goals and 13 assists (17 points) in 55 games this season.

Carlo has returned home to attend to a personal matter, so he won't play Saturday but is expected to re-join them in Detroit for Sunday's game. John Moore is expected to replace Carlo vs. the Coyotes.

The 6-foot-5, 212 lbs. defenseman has become a physical shutdown defenseman that the Bruins can rely on to eat up heavy minutes (20:55 ATOI) next to Torey Krug.
