Fleury suffered a hand injury on December 31st and has not played since, missing 12 games. Before his injury, Fleury was held off the scoresheet in five straight games while tallying four shots and five hits.






Fleury failed to pick up a point in five games with Syracuse (AHL) during a conditioning assignment but has been recalled to Tampa Bay on Tuesday. The 27-year-old defensemen returns to the Lightning for the second time this season, where he has an assist, and a +1 plus/minus in two games played while averaging only 11:23 TOI.

Fleury has appeared in two games so far this season for the Lightning and has an assist, and a +1 plus/minus but has been reassigned to Syracuse (AHL) Thursday for a conditioning assignment. The 27-year-old returns to the AHL for the first time since 2018-19 when he was with Charlotte (AHL) so he should be back up with Tampa sooner rather than later.
