Lundqvist made his return to the net on Sunday and stopped 37 of 40 shots in a 4-3 win over the Lightning. He looked sharp after sitting the previous three games. 'King Henrik' draws a solid matchup today when he takes on the Panthers. He is 2-0-0 with a 2.50 GAA and .917 SV% in two starts vs. Florida this year.

Lundqvist surrendered three goals on 32 shots in a shootout loss to the Penguins on Wednesday. Despite suffering a neck injury in the contest, he is feeling well enough to face the Islanders the evening. Lundqvist has struggled in December, going 2-3-2 with a 3.31 GAA and .883 SV% in seven starts.

Lundqvist was pulled after allowed three goals on 13 shots in a loss to Columbus on Thursday. He is riding a four-game losing streak where he has allowed a total of 14 goals. It has been an unexplainably bad two and a half months for Lundqvist. He catches a break tonight with the Flames in town, he 4-8-2 with a 2.40 GAA and .915 SV% at home.

Lundqvist gave up three goals on 25 shots (.880 SV%) in a loss to the Predators last night. Despite three straight losses and 11 goals allowed in his last three starts, the Rangers will continue with King Henrik on Thursday. It is a solid matchup vs. the Blue Jackets.

Lundqvist gave up four goals on 24 shots in a loss to the Devils last night. Despite the tough night for King Henrik, he gets the call again today with Washington coming to town. He stopped all 22 shots in 2-0 shutout win over the Caps on October 16.

After signing a monstrous contract on Wednesday, Lundqvist proved that he is among the NHL's elite and deserved the cash. He will go again tonight against a Devils team who only had 11 shots vs. Detroit last night - he is a must-start.

Fresh off of signing a seven-year $59.5 million dollar deal, Lundqvist will make his first start since last Friday after watching Cam Talbot in the last two games. The contract extension that makes him the highest paid goalie in the league by $1.5 million puts the non-existent goalie controversy to rest. He has a great matchup on Thursday and is a must-start as usual.

Lundqvist has spent his entire nine-year career with the Rangers. In that time he has posted a 284-182-57 recvord with an outstanding 2.26 GAA and .920 SV%. The deal makes him the highest paid goalie in the NHL edging out Pekka Rinne and Tuukka Rask. This has been Lundqvist's toughest year so far, he is 8-11-0 with a 2.51 GAA and .917 SV%… That is how good he is, that is a tough year. He is still the clear number-1 in New York and remains an elite goaltending fantasy option.

Lundqvist stopped 31 of 33 shots he faced in a win over the Panthers on Wednesday. I was a nice bounce-back game for him after his beat up by the Lightning on Monday. He draws a tough assignment taking on the Bruins this afternoon.

Lundqvist allowed four goals on 22 shots in two periods on Monday, he was replaced with Cam Talbot in the third. After a great game against the Stars, Lundqvist followed it up with a stinker. Tomorrow he gets the start in Florida, he is 3-5-0 with a 3.48 GAA and .895 SV% on the road this season.

Lundqvist shut the door on 41 of 43 shots in a win over the Stars on Thursday. The win snapped a three game losing streak and pushed him to 7-9-0 with a 2.36 GAA and .921 SV% on the season. He has a solid matchup against a Lightning team who is struggling to score without Steven Stamkos.

Hopefully Rick Nash's return to the lineup will get the Rangers offence going and help the Swedish netminder. Tonight he takes on the Stars who have won six out of their last seven, while outscoring opponents 25-16.
