James Reimer back in goal tonight.

Reimer remains the clear #1 goalie in Toronto after they did not make a move to acquire a veteran goalie. Reimer has won each of his last two starts with a 1.51 GAA, .943 SV% and one shutout. He has a fairly tough matchup vs. a Flyers team who have won three straight including wins over the Bruins and Canadiens.

James Reimer
Reimer starts for the Maple Leafs.

Reimer allowed three goals on 22 shots in a 6-3 win over the Hurricanes on Thursday. He will get the call again tonight marking his fifth start in Toronto's last six games. He has a fairly tough matchup against a Senators team that despite a bunch of injuries continues to find ways to win. Reimer is 1-0-0 with a 4.00 GAA and .907 SV% in his only start vs. Ottawa this season.

James Reimer
James Reimer the starter tonight against the Canes.

Reimer has only lost once in regulation in his last 12 starts, but the GAA and SV% have not been quite as spectacular. Tonight will likely be more of the same as the Canes can score, but have trouble keeping the puck out of their own net.

James Reimer
Reimer to start tonight.

Reimer has allowed four goals in four of his last five starts. Although he has won two of those games, he comes into tonight with two losses in a row. He has a decent matchup vs. the Lightning, who's offense seems to have disappeared lately. Toronto has lost five straight games and now sit in a four-way tie for sixth place in the Eastern Conference.

James Reimer looks to be the starter tonight in Winnipeg.

Reimer should be well rested tonight in Winnipeg since the Maple Leafs have been off since Saturday. Reimer is 2-0-1 with a 2.84 GAA and .908 SV% on two days rest this season. He was born in Manitoba so he will be excited to start in Winnipeg tonight.

James Reimer
Reimer will start tonight for the Maple Leafs

Reimer has won all three starts he has made since returning from a knee injury. He will go again tonight vs. a Penguins team he has played well against in his career. He is 3-0-1 with a 2.20 GAA and .920 SV% in four career starts vs. Pittsburgh. He is still a risky fantasy play but those numbers are encouraging incase he is your best choice.

James Reimer
Third straight start tonight for James Reimer with Senators in town.

Reimer has won each of his first two starts since returning from his knee injury. His numbers haven't been great in those two wins (2.97 GAA and .895 SV%) but he has given the Maple Leafs a chance to win. He is clearly the #1 netminder in Toronto and is a solid #2 fantasy option going forward.

James Reimer
James Reimer looks to be tonight's starter versus New Jersey.

Reimer looked a little shaky in his return to the Maple Leafs crease but he still recorded the 5-4 overtime win vs. the Islanders. He stopped 24 of 28 shots (.852) he faced against the Isles and will look to improve on that number against the Devils tonight. He has a good matchup tonight vs. a Devils team without Martin Brodeur that has lost six of their last seven games.

James Reimer
Reimer expected to start tonight for Toronto.

Reimer hasn't played since February 11th when he suffered a knee injury. He will be back between the pipes tonight when the Maple Leafs take on the Islanders. Reimer had been playing great before going down with the injury so he will look to pick up where he left off. This is a pretty good matchup for him as long as the Leafs can slow down New York's dynamic duo of John Tavares and Matt Moulson.

James Reimer
Randy Carlyle wouldn't put a timeline on James Reimer's return, but said once he is able to join practice he wouldn't be "too far" away.

Reimer has skated lightly yesterday but still hasn't returned to regular practice. Reimer doesn't appear to be too far away at this point, keep an eye on him going forward.

James Reimer
Reimer has a MCL knee strain. Expected to be out for a minimum of one week.

This is good news for the Maple Leafs as it looked like Reimer's injury was much more serious. A minimum of one week leaves the door open for him to miss an extended period of time but for now just consider him out and monitor his status going forward.

James Reimer
Reimer will get another start tonight against the Flyers.

Reimer will get his third straight start tonight against Philadelphia. He is on a 2 game winning streak including a 37-save shutout against Montreal on Saturday. Reimer has stopped 60 of the last 62 shots he faced and he will try to extend his winning streak to 3 tonight. The bad news is the Leafs are at home where they are 1-4-0 this season vs. 6-1-0 on the road.
