Anderson-Dolan left last Thursday's game with an upper-body injury and will miss at least a couple of weeks as a result. The Kings got Michael Amadio and Andreas Athanasiou back on Saturday, replacing Anderson-Dolan in the bottom-6.
Anderson-Dolan was a second-round pick in 2017 (No.41 overall) and has one assist in five career NHL games. He was called up prior to Thursday's game but did not play but could make his season debut over the weekend while Blake Lizotte is out. The 20-year-old has five goals and 14 assists (19 points) in 36 AHL games this season.
Anderson-Dolan, 19, had one assist in five games with the Kings and was given a look up and down the lineup, including PP1 usage at times. Overall, the Kings think it is best for the 2017 second-round pick to return to Juniors, where he had 91 points (40G / 51A) in 70 games last season.
