Puljujarvi will not be available for Saturday's game in Seattle and will likely be out until after the Christmas break. Seth Griffith is expected to draw into the lineup with Puljujarvi out.

Puljujarvi missed Thursday's game due to being added to the COVID-19 reserve list but was quickly activated, signalling a false positive. Puljujarvi returned to Edmonton from Montreal on a charter flight and is eligible to participate in tomorrow's practice.

Puljujarvi was missing from Thursday's morning skate for "precautionary reasons" and his status for tonight's game in Montreal is in question. Head coach Dave Tippett did not provide much of an update on Puljujarvi but James Neal will take his place with Connor McDavid and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins if he can't go.

Puljujarvi missed Sunday’s game in Detroit because of a thigh injury, but he has a chance to return to the lineup on Tuesday. Puljujarvi is listed as a game-time decision, so monitor his status when the Oilers hit the ice for warmups at 6:30 p.m. ET.
