Tennyson has played in seven straight games, going minus-6 in his last six. He'll take a seat on Thursday to make way for Kevin Bahl to make his NHL debut.

Tennyson picked up three assists in 19 games with the Devils earlier in the season and will replace Frederik Claesson in the lineup on Tuesday. He has added nine points (1G / 8A) in 25 AHL games this year.

Tennyson has been sidelined by an upper-body injury since December 3rd and heads to the AHL with seven healthy defensemen already on the Devils roster. The 29-year-old has three assists in 19 NHL games and no points in one AHL game this season.

Tennyson was hurt early in Tuesday's game vs. the Golden Knights and his move to IR means that he will miss at least two games.



Tennyson has been a healthy scratch for the first five games of the season but will replace Mirco Mueller on the blueline on Monday. Tennyson had 21 points (4G / 17A) in 47 AHL games and no points in four NHL games with the Sabres organization last year.



Tennyson has just three points (1G / 2A) in eight games with Rochester this season. There’s no indication whether or not he will be in the Sabres lineup on Saturday but he carries no fantasy value regardless.

Tennyson has registered just one assist in seven games with Rochester this season. He will likely serve as the extra defenseman in Florida with Marco Scandella going on IR on Friday morning.

Tennyson has done much this season. He did not register a point in 14 games with the Sabres earlier this season and has just one assist in 23 games with the Americans.

Tennyson failed to record a point in 14 games with the Sabres this season, but with Zach Bogosian set to make his season debut on Friday, Tennyson heads to the AHL. Tennyson had seven points (3G / 4A) in nine games the last time he was in the AHL (2016-17).

Tennyson has not be in the lineup for the last four games and will go on IR to open up a roster spot to recall Kyle Criscuolo from Rochester (AHL).


Tennyson, 26, has picked up three goals on four assists (seven points) in nine games with Charlotte this season. Tennyson will replace Jakub Nakladal on the Hurricanes’ roster, but isn’t expected to play on Saturday.

Tennyson, 26, spent the majority of last season with the Sharks, but only played in 29 games. He also appeared in five games in the AHL, but failed to record a point. Tennyson will either start as the Hurricanes’ seventh defenseman.

Tennyson had been assigned to the Barracuda on a conditioning assignment. Tennyson, 25, has appeared in 23 games with San Jose this season, scoring one goal and two assists. In three games with the Barracuda, Tennyson recorded seven shots on goal.

Tennyson, 24, had two goals and six assists in 27 games with the Sharks. With Justin Braun returning to the lineup tonight, they reassigned Tennyson to make room for Braun. Tennyson has six points (3G / 3A) in 19 games in Worcester.
