Head Coach Dave Tippett said Smith could return to practice as soon as Sunday. Smith was run into yesterday by Daniel Sedin, and then hit behind the net by Alexander Edler. Smith had some tests done today because he was dealing with a headache last night. It does not sound like he suffered a serious injury.

Smith left yesterday's game and did not return. More information on the severity of the injury should be released later today.
