Rinne was pulled after allowing four goals on 13 shots in the Predators’ loss to the Flames on Tuesday. Despite the rough outing, it looks like Rinne will be back between the pipes tonight vs. the Avalanche. Rinne has had a tough February, but has gone 4-0-0 with a 2.26 GAA and .929 SV% in four starts against Colorado this season.

Rinne allowed four goals on 32 shots in the Predators’ loss in Minnesota on Saturday. Juuse Saros started on Sunday, but it looks like Rinne will go tonight versus the Flames. He has gone 3-2-0 with a 2.59 GAA and .908 SV% in his first six starts of February and tonight he’ll make his 44th start of the season—24 of them have come on home-ice, where he is 14-5-4 with a 2.19 GAA and .921 SV% this season.

Head coach Peter Laviolette said that he started Juuse Saros last night and saved Rinne for tonight because of is success vs. the Oilers—he is 15-6-1 with a 2.43 GAA and .911 SV% in his career vs. Edmonton.
