Sergei Bobrovsky was in the starter's crease at Thursday's morning skate.

Bobrovsky had the night off on Tuesday but will likely return to the crease on Thursday when the Panthers visit the Los Angeles Kings. The Panthers are in the midst of the best stretch of the season (6-1-0), highlighted by Bobrovsky's five-game winning streak, in which he has saved 117 of 129 shots (.907 SV%), including a shutout. Despite their strong play, the Panthers are still +111 road underdogs against a very strong Kings team that ranks second in the league offensively (4.00 GF / GP).

Bobrovsky will start against Chicago on Sunday.

Bobrovsky will get the nod against Chicago on Sunday in what shapes up to be an excellent matchup for the two-time Vezina Trophy winner. Bobrovsky has won his last four appearances, and he and the Panthers are favoured at -260 to keep that streak alive on Sunday. The 14-year veteran most recently allowed just two goals on 30 shots enroute to Florida's 5-2 victory over the Hurricanes on Friday. Bobrovsky leads the NHL with seven wins on the season while boasting a .907 SV% and a 2.65 GAA.

Sergei Bobrovsky will start Friday vs. Carolina.

As has been the case most of the season, Bobrovsky has had difficulty with consistency between the pipes. That said, his Panthers teammates have done a formidable job of generating offence and providing him with goal support of late. Despite three sub-.900 SV% efforts, Bobrovsky has not lost in regulation in his last five games (4-0-1), saving 120 of 132 shots in the process (.909 SV%). On Friday, Bobrovsky and the Panthers are +119 home underdogs against a Carolina Hurricanes squad that has won five of their last six (5-1-0).

Sergei Bobrovsky will start Wednesday in Washington.

Bobrovsky has followed up on each of his four sub-.900 SV% appearances this season with strong performances and will look to do the same in his 10th start of the season on Wednesday. On Monday, Bobrovsky allowed four goals on 22 shots in a 5-4 overtime victory against the Columbus Blue Jackets, preceded by a 22-save shutout the previous Thursday. Bobrovsky has had an up-and-down season, but all signs point to a promising performance on Wednesday as the Panthers visit a Washington Capitals team that ranks 31st in the league offensively (1.90 GF / GP). The Panthers are -130 road favourites and will look to build on their current 4-1-1 run.

Sergei Bobrovsky will start Monday vs. Columbus.

Bobrovsky will return to the crease on Monday to face his former team, the Columbus Blue Jackets. In his most recent game, Bobrovsky saved all 22 shots he faced for his first shutout of the season and is in the midst of a six-game run (4-1-1) that has seen him post a 2.16 GAA and .925 SV%. The Panthers are heavy -219 home favourites on Monday as the Blue Jackets have lost five of their last six games (1-3-2) and have been very poor offensively all season, averaging only 2.55 goals per game.

Sergei Bobrovsky will start Thursday vs. Detroit.

Bobrosvky will start for the eighth time in nine games for the Panthers as they take on the Detroit Red Wings Thursday evening. As he has been for most of his tenure as a Panther, Bobrovsky has had an up-and-down season, averaging a 2.87 GAA and .903 SV% through seven games (3-3-1), with only three of those being quality starts. The Panthers are -117 road favourites but will be put to the test against a Red Wings team that has scored with ease, ranking fourth offensively early in the 2023-24 campaign (4.00 GF / GP).

Sergei Bobrovsky
Bobrovsky will start in Boston on Monday.

Monday's start makes it the seventh time in the Panthers' opening eight games that they've turned to the two-time Vezina Trophy winner. Bobrovsky is fresh off one of his best starts of the season on Saturday, where he surrendered just two goals on 32 shots enroute to a 3-2 victory over the Kraken. On the season, the 14-year veteran owns a .906 SV% and a 2.88 GAA to go along with his 3-3-0 record. He draws a difficult assignment in Boston on Monday with Florida being a +138 road underdog.

Sergei Bobrovsky will start Saturday vs. Seattle.

Bobrovsky will return to the crease on Saturday after serving as a backup for the first time this season in a 3-1 win for Anthony Stolarz and the Panthers over the San Jose Sharks on Tuesday. Bobrovsky has been mediocre to start the season, posting a 3.06 GAA and .899 SV% through five games (2-3-0), and could see his stranglehold over the starting position be challenged if Stolarz can put together more strong starts. Bobrovsky and the Panthers will face off on Saturday against a Seattle Kraken team that has the sixth-worst offence (2.25 GF/GP)

Sergei Bobrovsky
Sergei Bobrovsky will start Saturday vs. Vancouver.

Bobrovsky stopped 29 of 30 shots against (.967 SV%) for his second-straight victory as he topped the Toronto Maple Leafs in his last start. The 35-year-old netminder has taken control of the Panthers' crease yet again with his 2-2-0 record, .908 SV% and 2.81 GAA so far this season. He takes on the Vancouver Canucks, who have dropped their last two contests but rank sixth in the NHL in goals for per game (3.75).

Sergei Bobrovsky will start Thursday vs. Toronto.

Bobrovsky is coming off his best performance of the young season, saving 31 of 34 shots to shut down the New Jersey Devils and their offensive gauntlet for a 4-3 victory. Tonight, the Panthers will have a Stanley Cup Semi-Finals rematch against the Toronto Maple Leafs. In that series, Bobrovsky was otherworldly, posting a .943 SV% en route to defeating the Maple Leafs in five games. As has been the case with Bobrovsky for years now, it's hard to anticipate which version will appear in the net for the Panthers, who are +119 home underdogs tonight.

Sergei Bobrovsky will start Monday vs. New Jersey.

Bobrovsky will tend the crease in game three of the season for the Florida Panthers as they look to get things on track after an uninspired start. The Panthers have been outscored 8-4 in their first two games (0-2-0) and seem to be lacking the magic they displayed during their Cinderella run to the Stanley Cup Finals. The teams' poor performance has been mirrored by Bobrovsky, who has a forgettable 3.64 GAA and .873 SV% to start the season. Things won't get easier for Bobrovsky and the Panthers on Monday night as they face off against the high-octane offence of the New Jersey Devils, who are 1-0-1 to start the season. The Panthers are listed as +152 road underdogs as they search for the first victory.

Bobrovsky will start Saturday afternoon in Winnipeg.

Bobrovsky allowed two goals on 21 shots in the Panthers' loss in Minnesota on Thursday. Bobrovsky was outplayed by Filip Gustavsson, but it wasn't a bad start for the veteran netminder. He struggled in two games against the Jets (.857 SV%) a season ago and was 10-11-1 with a 3.27 GAA and .892 SV% on the road.

Sergei Bobrovsky
Bobrovsky will start the Panthers' season opener in Minnesota.

In 50 games last season (24-20-3), Bobrovsky posted a very pedestrian 3.07 GAA and .901 SV% before ultimately losing priority in the crease to, then-Panthers' backup, Alex Lyon down the stretch. Bobrovsky regained his composure in the postseason, leading the Panthers to the Stanley Cup Finals with a 2.78 GAA and .915 SV% in 19 games (12-6-0). Bobrovsky is coming off a lacklustre preseason, posting a 2.75 GAA and .883 SV% in three games (1-2-0), and has been frustratingly inconsistent since joining the Panthers in 2019-20. It's difficult to predict what to expect from Bobrovsky as the Panthers are listed as +114 road underdogs in their season-opener against the Minnesota Wild.

Sergei Bobrovsky
Sergei Bobrovsky will start Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final vs. Vegas.

Bobrovsky was pulled in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final after allowing four goals on 13 shots (.692 SV%) as Florida dropped to 0-2 in the series but is expected to take the crease again for Game 3 vs. Vegas on Thursday. The 34-year-old has been a godsend throughout the playoffs, leading Florida with an 11-4-0 record, 2.50 GAA and .925 SV%. He will hope to get his team in the winning column for the first time in the Finals as he takes on Vegas, who has won three straight and finished the regular season 11th in the NHL in goals allowed per game (2.74).
