The 21-year-old was playing very well prior to his unfortunate illness, taking majority of the Panthers' starts due to his 8-4-3 record, 2.64 GAA and .919 SV%. He draws a tough comeback start as he takes on the Boston Bruins, who are coming off a 4-2 win over Columbus and hold the leagues best record.
