PointsBet Daily Bets: Oilers/Predators Moneyline & Leon Draisaitl points prop

Tyler Yaremchuk joined Mike McKenna on Tuesday’s edition of Daily Faceoff Live for another PointsBet Daily Bets segment.

12 games on the slate tonight. Yaremchuk provides you with all your betting and odds needs for tonight’s matchups between the Edmonton Oilers and Nashville Predators, Winnipeg Jets and Vegas Golden Knights and the Buffalo Sabres and L.A. Kings.

Tyler Yaremchuk: Let’s get to our PointsBet Daily Bets brought to you by PointsBet Canada. Hit both my shot props last night so let’s keep it rolling. Starting with a matchup between the Edmonton Oilers and the Nashville Predators. Leon Draisaitl has wanted the nickname ‘the mayor of Smashville’ because all he does is dominate the predators. In the last three seasons, he’s faced off against them seven times and he has 14 goals and 7 assists. That’s no mistake, he’s averaging two goals and an assist every game over the last three years against the Predators. You can get him at +115 to go over 1.5 points tonight. I’m all over Draisaitl hitting that and continuing his dominance. The Winnipeg Jets are -135 on the Moneyline against the Golden Knights and we just talked about how banged up the Golden Knights are with injuries so I like taking Winnipeg in this game. They’ve been a decent home team so far this season, this is a game that Connor Hellebuyck should start but once I see it confirmed on DailyFaceoff.com I am laying a wager on the Jets Moneyline at -135.

Finally, to wrap things up I am heading out to the Buffalo Sabres vs L.A. Kings matchup. Where it could very well be Craig Anderson vs Pheonix Copley. We talked yesterday about Copley and his nice little run but I still like taking the over in this game. The line is moving towards the over as well, if you bet it this morning it was set at -120 and now it’s at -140 so regardless, that’s a good spot. The over has hit for the Sabres in four of their last five and eight of their last 10. For the Kings, it’s only hit in two of the last five, but in every game that it’s been missing the total has been at five or six goals. It’s not these low scoring 2-1 and 2-1 games. I like this total to go over 6.5. Those are my three plays for this evening.
