Vasilevskiy will start Thursday vs. the Stars. Vasilevskiy allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Lightning's overtime win over the Senators on Tuesday. Vasilevskiy has won four of his last five starts while posting a 2.18 GAA and .929 SV%. Vasilevskiy and the Lightning are turning things around and tonight they face a Stars team that has lost three of their last four road games while scoring just seven goals (1.75 GF/gm). Reimer starts Thursday in Colorado. Reimer stopped all 32 shots that he faced in the Hurricanes shutout win in Calgary last Saturday. Petr Mrazek started in Winnipeg on Tuesday but look for Reimer to start for the sixth time in the last 12 games. Reimer has been terrific in his previous five starts, going 4-1-0 while posting a 1.41 GAA, .956 SV% and two shutouts. Hogberg will end up starting Thursday because Anders Nilsson is sick. Hogberg allowed four goals on 40 shots in the Senators loss in Tampa Bay on Tuesday. In his first three NHL games this season, Hogberg has posted a 2.57 GAA and .913 SV% and will start tonight in place of the Nilsson, who was the scheduled starter. Rask will start Thursday vs. the Islanders. Rask gave up four goals on 27 shots in the Bruins overtime loss to the Kings on Tuesday. Despite Rask losing four straight starts with a 3.50 GAA and .878 SV%, the Bruins will give him two starts in a row. Rask still hasn't lost in regulation on home-ice, going 8-0-4 with a 2.20 GAA, .925 SV% and two shutouts at the TD Garden. Saros will start Thursday in Ottawa. Saros allowed two goals on 41 shots in the Predators win in New York on Monday. Pekka Rinne won Tuesday but they'll come back to Saros, who was excellent vs. the Rangers. Saros has gone 4-2-1 with a 2.54 GAA and .913 SV% in his last seven starts and should be a decent option in Ottawa but the Senators have won seven of their last eight home games while scoring 3.50 goals per game. Khudobin will start Thursday in Tampa Bay. Khudobin stopped 37 of 38 shots in the Stars win in Nashville last Saturday. Ben Bishop has started five of the last six games but Khudobin will start the front-end of the back-to-back tonight in Tampa Bay. Hellebuyck led the Jets onto the ice for warmups. Hellebuyck surrendered five goals on 23 shots before being received by Laurent Brossoit in the Jets loss to the Hurricanes on Tuesday. Hellebuyck has stumbled lately, going 2-2-1 with a 3.85 GAA and .889 SV% in his last six appearances (five starts). Price will start Thursday in Calgary. Price made 38 saves on 39 shots in the Canadiens' win in Vancouver on Tuesday. Price has been terrific against the Canucks throughout his career but has been average against the Flames. Fleury has won his last two outings while giving up five goals on 55 shots (.909 SV%).
