McAvoy missed Saturday's game vs. the Lightning but was a full participant in Tuesday's practice and is expected to play Wednesday in Vancouver. McAvoy has been a little quiet as of late, registering just two assists in his last seven games.
Marchand was suspended for three games for slew-footing Oliver Ekman-Larsson on November 28th but is set to return to the lineup tonight in Vancouver. Marchand will be back on the top line with Patrice Bergeron and David Pastrnak and comes in with 24 points (9G / 15A) in 18 games.
McAvoy was not on the ice for Saturday's morning skate and will be a game-time decision. With McAvoy absent, Mike Reilly took over on the top power-play unit during the session.
Korpisalo was not available for Thursday's game in Dallas and will miss at least the next three games. Elvis Merzlikins and Dainll Tarasov will serve as the Blue Jackets' goaltending duo while Korpisalo is out.
