Walman has five goals, four assists, 78 SOG and a +14 plus/minus through 34 games on Detroit's top defensive pairing but will likely not play Saturday after suffering an upper-body injury in the Wings' previous game vs. Calgary.


Skinner allowed three goals on 27 shots (.889 SV%) for his first loss in three starts as he was surprisingly defeated by Columbus in his previous start. The 24-year-old Edmonton native was a first time NHL all-star over the weekend, due to his 13-10-3 record, 2.92 GAA and .914 SV%. He takes on the Philadelphia Flyers, who have lost four of their last five games after a 2-1 loss to the New York Islanders last game.

Kapenen hasn't played since January 18th due to a lower-body injury but will return to the Penguins' lineup Tuesday as they take on Colorado. The 26-year-old had six goals, 11 assists, 54 SOG, and a -2 plus/minus through 35 games played prior to the injury.

Delia stopped 24 of 26 shots (.923 SV%) for his second-straight win as he defeated Columbus in his previous start. The 28-year-old has not had the easiest time when called upon for the Canucks, leading to his .898 SV% and 2.94 GAA and 6-3-0 record. He will face the New Jersey Devils, who have won eight of their last ten games and are sixth in the NHL in goals per game (3.47).

Kapanen hasn't played since January 18th due to a lower-body injury but will be a game-time decision Tuesday vs. Colorado. The 26-year-old has six goals, 11 assists, 54 SOG and six PIMs in his first 35 games played prior to the injury.

Podkolzin had three assists in 16 NHL games earlier in the season before being sent to Abbotsford (AHL). Since the demotion, the 21-year-old has picked up seven goals and 11 assists (18 points) in 28 AHL games. Podkolzin skated on the third line with Sheldon Dries and Brock Boeser in Sunday's practice.



Klingberg missed the Ducks' previous contest due to an illness but will draw back into the lineup Thursday vs. the Avalanche. The 30-year-old has been enjoying a decent first season in Anaheim, with six goals, nine assists, 62 SOG and an ugly -26 plus/minus through 40 games prior to missing the previous contest.

The 24-year-old Edmonton native has been solid all season for the Oilers, with his 13-10-2 record, .915 SV% and 2.92 GAA. He takes on the Columbus Blue Jackets, who have lost four of their last five games after a 4-3 overtime loss to Calgary last game.

Kane will not play Wednesday because he's still in San Jose for his bankruptcy case. With Kane out, Zach Hyman will skate on the top line with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. Kane should be back in the lineup for Saturday's game vs. the Blackhawks.

He will hope to get back in the win column as he takes on Chicago, who lost their last game 2-1 vs. Los Angeles and are 31st in both goals (2.4) and shots (26.3) per game.
