Colorado has signed Tomas Tatar to a one-year, $1.5 million contract.

Tatar had 20 goals, 28 assists, 30 PIMs, 153 SOG, and a +41 plus/minus through 82 games with New Jersey in 2022-23 and has signed a one-year, $1,500,000 contract with Colorado on Tuesday. The 32-year-old will join his fifth NHL team and has 211 goals, 455 points, and 276 PIMs through 783 career games played. It is a great depth signing for the Avalanche as Tatar comes at a cheap price tag and has seven 20+ goal seasons across his 12 years of playing in the NHL.

Tomas Tatar
The Canadiens acquired Nathan Legare in a three-way trade with the Penguins and Sharks.

Legare was acquire by Montreal as part of a three-team trade including San Jose and which saw three-time Norris Trophy winner Erik Karlsson head to Pittsburgh. The 22-year-old right-winger was Pittsburgh's 2019 third-round pick (74th overall) and has yet to see any NHL action through his first two seasons in the AHL. In 2022-23 he had eight goals, 19 points, 76 PIMs and a -17 plus/minus through 68 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).

Nathan Legare
Pittsburgh has re-signed Jonathan Gruden to a one-year, $775,000 contract extension.

Gruden had 16 goals, 15 assists, 54 PIMs and a -8 plus/minus through 54 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) in 2022-23 and has re-signed a one-year, $775,000 contract extension with Pittsburgh. The 23-year-old left-winger made his NHL debut with the Penguins in 2022-23, but failed to pick up a point across a short, three-game showing. He was drafted in the fourth-round of the 2018 draft (95th overall) by the Ottawa Senators.

Jonathan Gruden
New Jersey has signed Erik Kallgren to a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000.

Kallgren was 3-2-4 with a .267 GAA and .898 SV% with Toronto in 2022-23 and has now signed a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000 with New Jersey. The 26-year-old goaltender was Arizona's 2015 seventh-round pick (183rd overall) and has a career NHL record of 11-6-5 S with a 3.04 GAA and .892 SV% across two seasons in Toronto.

Erik Kallgren
Zack MacEwen has signed a three-year, 2.325 million contract with the Ottawa Senators.

MacEwen had four goals, six assists, 64 PIMs, 73 SOG, and -11 plus/minus through 56 games with both Philadelphia and Los Angeles and has signed a three-year, 2.325 million contract with the Ottawa Senators. The 26-year-old bruiser adds some fourth-line depth to the Senators and brings 13 goals, 28 points and 245 PIMs across 186 career NHL games to nations capital.

Zack MacEwen
The Lightning signed Luke Glendening to a two-year contract worth $1.6 million ($800K AAV).

Glendening had three goals, three assists, 65 SOG, 50 PIMs and a -9 plus/minus through 70 games with Dallas in 2022-23 and has signed a two-year contract worth $1.6 million ($800K AAV). The 34-year-old centre will be joining his third NHL team with Tampa Bay and brings 706 career NHL games played and 148 career points (69G/79A).

Luke Glendening
The Predators signed Cody Glass to a two-year contract extension worth $5.0 million ($2.5M AAV).

Glass had 14 goals, 21 assists, 131 SOG, 20 PIMs and a +9 plus/minus through 72 games with Nashville in 2022-23 and has signed a two-year contract extension worth $5 million ($2,500,000 AAV). The 24-year-old centre joined Nashville from Vegas in 2021-22 and has picked up 23 goals and 58 points across his 146 game career.

Cody Glass
The Oilers have signed Connor Brown to a one-year deal worth $775K.

Brown failed to pick up a point and was a -3 plus/minus through only four games with Washington in 2022-23 and has signed a one-year deal worth $775,000 with Edmonton. The 29-year-old's only season in Washington did not go as planned as he was forced to miss majority of the season due to ACL surgery. He will hope to comeback from the injury and add to his 90 goals, and 216 points across 448 career NHL games played.

Timo Meier has signed an eight-year, $70.4 Million ($8,800,000 AAV) contract extension.

Meier had 40 goals, 26 assists, 327 SOG, 43 PIMs and a -19 plus/minus through 78 games with both New Jersey and San Jose in 2022-23 and has Timo Meier has signed an eight-year, $70.4 Million ($8,800,000 AAV) contract extension. The 26-year-old right-winger was acquired by New Jersey at the trade deadline in 2022-23 that included four players and three draft-picks. He has amassed 163 goals and 330 points across 472 career NHL games played.

Evgenii Dadonov has signed a two-year, $4.5 Million contract extension ($2.25 Million AAV) with Dallas.

Dadonov had seven goals, 26 assists, 110 SOG, 18 PIMs and a -8 plus/minus through 73 games with both Dallas and Montreal through 2022-23 and has signed a two-year, $4.5 Million contract extension ($2.25 Million AAV) with the Stars Tuesday. The 34-year-old right-winger was acquired by Dallas in February and succeeded with three goals and 15 points in 23 games.

Evgenii Dadonov
The Devils have signed Jesper Bratt to an eight-year contract worth $63.0 million ($7.875M AAV).

Bratt was a pending RFA but signed an eight-year deal that will keep him in New Jersey through the 2031 season. Bratt has posted back-to-back 73-point seasons, but 2023 was the first time he eclipsed the 30-goal mark (32). Over those two seasons, Bratt is tied for 44th in the NHL in points (146) and 49th in goals (58).

Dougie Hamilton underwent successful surgery on his wrist and is expected to be ready for the start of 2023-24.

Hamilton announced Tuesday that he had successfully underwent successful surgery to repair a wrist injury on his right arm and will be ready at the start of the 2023-24 season. The 29-year-old is coming off an impressive career-season in New Jersey, where he finished fourth in the NHL in points among defensemen with 74 (22G/52A) and first in SOG (275).

Dougie Hamilton
Luke Glendening will rejoin the Stars' lineup for Game 7 vs. Seattle.

Glendening was a healthy scratch for the Stars' previous game but will draw back into the lineup as he replaces Ty Dellandrea on Dallas' fourth line. The 34-year-old has a goal, six SOG, two PIMs and a -3 plus/minus through 11 games so far in the playoffs.
