Because Palmieri was able to drive from New Jersey after Wednesday's trade, quarantine is not required, so he'll immediately make his Islanders debut. It's unclear where he will play in his first game with his new team but you have to think the Islanders envision him as a replacement for Anders Lee on the top line and PP1.

Panik played in the last two games but will be replaced by Jakub Vrana in the lineup on Tuesday. Panik has just one goal and two assists in his last 18 games.

Thompson was a fourth-round pick in 2019 and turned pro after his junior year at Providence College, where he had 11 goals and 14 assists (25 points) in 25 games. Tyce is the younger brother of Sabres' winger Tage Thompson and the two will get a chance to go head-to-head tonight in Tyce's NHL debut.

Duclair was hurt after logging 9:25 TOI on Tuesday and will miss at least one week. With Duclair out, Mason Marchment will move into the top-6 on Thursday.

Dobson has been sidelined since March 13th but will be back in the lineup vs. the Capitals. Dobson has enjoyed a nice sophomore season, scoring three goals with nine assists (12 points) in 28 games. Expect Dobson to replace Thomas Hickey.

Horvat left Monday's game vs. the Jets and will be a game-time decision for the rematch on Wednesday. Horvat participated in the Canucks' morning skate and head coach Travis Green called that a "good sign" but added that they'll "see if they're ready to go or not tonight."
