Hollowell will return to the Maple Leafs after it was announced Rasmus Sandin would be heading to the injured reserve Thursday (neck). Hallowell has played well in his limited showings with the Maple Leafs, with two assists, four SOG and a +3 plus/minus while averaging only 12:56 TOI in the Leafs' bottom-six pairings.

He will take on one of the hottest teams in the NHL in Carolina, who has won their last six games and ten of their last 11 games.

The 27-year-old has been the league's hottest netminder as of late, which has led to his 13-3-3 record, 2.67 GAA and .920 SV%. He should face a lot of rubber tonight as he takes on the Florida Panthers, who lead the league in shots per game (37.4) and won their last outing 4-0 over Columbus.

Johnsson played his first game of the season in the Devils' previous game vs. Dallas but will head to the press box as a healthy scratch Thursday. Johnsson had 35 points (13G/22A) in 71 games in 2021-22, but has failed to catch his footing with the Devils this season and will hope to be back in the lineup sooner rather than later.

Just 10 days after suffering a stroke, Letang is back on the ice in a regular jersey. It's unclear when Letang will be back in the lineup, but this is incredible news after it seemed he might not play again this season. Wearing a regular jersey at practice suggests he plans on being back at some point.

Crosby missed the Penguins' practice Monday and will be a game-time decision Tuesday as Pittsburgh takes on Columbus. The Penguins' captain is in the middle of a five-game point streak (3G/3A) and ranks 10th in the NHL with 33 points (13G/20A) through 25 games played.
