Joseph left the Senators' game Tuesday vs. Calgary after just 2:38 TOI due to a lower-body injury and is now expected to miss a couple of weeks. The 26-year-old has three goals, 14 assists, 53 SOG, 34 PIMs and a +6 plus/minus through 47 games played prior to his injury.

The 29-year-old has been having a horrendous season, with his 22-24-5 record, 3.33 GAA and .894 SV%. He will face the Minnesota Wild, who have won six of their last eight games but are 26th in the NHL in goals per game (2.81).

Sundqvist was acquired by Minnesota for a 2023 fourth-round pick at the Trade Deadline and will make his Wild debut Tuesday vs. Calgary. The 28-year-old had seven goals, 21 points, 20 PIMs and 59 SOG through 52 games with Detroit prior to the trade.
