Binnington is in the starter's crease at Thursday's morning skate.

Joel Hofer manned the crease for the Blues in a 4-2 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday, as the team will return to Binnington on Thursday night. Despite only recording two wins in his last five games (2-3-0), Binnington has continued his resurgent campaign, allowing three or fewer goals in four of those games, posting a solid .916 SV%. The Blues enter action as slight +105 home underdogs against the New York Islanders.

Luff cleared waivers on Monday and has been reassigned to the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL).

Luff has been a healthy scratch the entirety of his time with the Red Wings this season and will report to the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL) after clearing waivers. In 28 games with Grand Rapids last season, Luff had 25 points (8G / 17A).

Hofer will start on Monday vs. Toronto.

Hofer will start on Monday afternoon against the Toronto Maple Leafs, his first start in five contests. The 23-year-old netminder has been excellent lately when called upon, posting four straight quality starts (3-1-0), allowing three or fewer goals in each while posting a stellar .929 SV%. That said, the Blues are +142 home underdogs against a Maple Leafs club riding a three-game winning streak.

Fabbri (personal) will return to the Red Wings' lineup on Saturday.

Fabbri missed the Red Wings' game on Thursday due to personal reasons but will return to the lineup on Saturday vs. Calgary. The 28-year-old is his having his most productive season in Detroit to date (five seasons) with 13 goals, eight assists, 50 SOG, 10 PIMs and a -7 plus/minus through 39 games played.

Binnington will start on Thursday vs. Edmonton.

Binnington will start for the third straight game and look to rebound after a 4-1 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday. Binnington allowed three goals on 31 shots (.903 SV%) on Tuesday, his worst performance in the last three weeks, an indication of how great Binnington has been since mid-January. That said, Binnington and the Blues enter Thursday's contest as +170 home underdogs against an Edmonton Oilers club that ranks fourth in the league offensively (3.51 GF / GP).

Binnington will start on Tuesday in Toronto.

Binningston will make his second straight start in his hometown of Toronto on Tuesday as St. Louis closes out their Ontario road trip. The 30-year-old Stanley Cup Champion is playing his best hockey since 2020-21, with his 18-13-2 record, 2.89 GAA, .909 SV%, and two shutouts. He will take on the Maples Leafs on Tuesday, who have lost two of their last three games but are fifth in the NHL in goals per game (3.44).

Fabbri (personal) will not travel with Detroit for the start of their road trip but is expected to join the team in Vancouver.

Fabbri will be away from the team for the Tuesday night game against the Edmonton Oilers as he tends to personal matters, but could rejoin the club for their Thursday contest against the Vancouver Canucks. Fabbri has struggled offensively lately, scoring only one point (0G / 1A) in his last seven games.

Faulk had missed the Blues' previous four games due to a lower-body injury and has officially been placed on the Injured Reserve Thursday with expectations that he will be out week-to-week. The 31-year-old had struggled through the first half of the season with two goals, 19 points, 90 SOG, 10 PIMs and a -5 plus/minus through 40 games played.

Rosen has been recalled from Springfield (AHL).

Rosen spent 49 games with the Blues last season, tallying 18 points (8G / 10A), but has spent the entirety of the 2023-24 campaign with the Springfield Thunderbirds of the AHL. In 44 games with the Thunderbirds this season, the 30-year-old Rosen has 25 points (2G / 23A).

Binnington will start Tuesday vs. the Blue Jackets.

Binnington stopped 33 of 36 shots in the Blues win in Seattle last Friday. Binnington has now won three straight starts and has gone 6-1-1 with a .927 SV% and one shutout in eight starts in January. Tonight he will face the Blue Jackets, who have lost seven of their last nine games. St. Louis enter the game as -155 home favourites.
