Koch has been recalled from the Tucson Roadrunners (AHL).

Koch had one goal, 11 points and 67 PIMs in 47 games played with the Tucson Roadrunners (AHL) this season and earned his first career NHL call-up on Thursday. The 27-year-old undrafted defenseman spent the majority of his professional career in the Czechia league before making the leap to North America in 2023-24.

After a disappointing 5-2 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday, the Coyotes will return to Vejmelka between the pipes on Thursday night. Vejmelaka is riding a two-game winning streak and saved 24 of 26 shots (.923 SV%) in a 5-2 win over the Washington Capitals in his last outing. The Coyotes enter action as +126 home underdogs against the Minnesota Wild, losers of three of their last four (1-3-0).
