With consecutive wins under his belt, Samsonov will start for the third straight game on Saturday. Samsonov has been tremendous in his last two outings, saving 48 of 49 shots (.979 SV%), including a heroic 32-save shutout against the Winnipeg Jets on Wednesday. Samsonov's current streak marks the first time he has had consecutive wins since mid-November.

Hill played his first full game in nearly two months on Tuesday and will return to the crease on Friday night against the New York Rangers. Hill was terrific on Tuesday, saving 40 of 42 shots (.952 SV%) in a 3-2 win over the New York Islanders, picking up where he left off before his injury in a terrific 2023-24 campaign. The Golden Knights are +137 road underdogs against a Rangers club that has struggled lately, losing three of their last four (1-2-1).

Ilya Lyubushkin will draw back into the lineup on Tuesday, prompting the Ducks to make Hagg a healthy scratch. Hagg has only played two of the last four games for the Ducks, recording three shots and five hits.

Schwindt has three NHL games under his belt but has spent the majority of the last four seasons in the AHL. Schwindt was the 81st overall pick of the Florida Panthers in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and has 20 points (8G / 12A) in 37 games with the Calgary Wranglers of the AHL this season. He win draw into the lineup in favour of Adam Ruzicka.

Pearson has not played since December 9th, missing 19 games due to a hand injury. The 31-year-old Pearson should provide an offensive boost to the Canadiens' bottom six, as he has eight points (4G / 4A) in 27 games this season.

Toronto takes on Seattle on the road Sunday, who has lost three straight after their seven game winning streak was put to an end and are currently struggling offensively as they rank 27th in the NHL in goals per game (2.78).



Rondbjerg had four goals, 10 assists, eight PIMs and a -7 plus/minus in 25 games played with Henderson (AHL) but has earned another call up to Vegas Friday and is expected to draw into the lineup Saturday vs. Pittsburgh. The 24-year-old has appeared in nine games with the Golden Knights this season and has three points, 11 SOG, and a +3 plus/minus.

Eichel has been out for a week since leaving the Golden Knights' game on January 11th with a knee injury and is expected to miss a further 4-6 weeks after undergoing a procedure Thursday. The 27-year-old finds himself injured again and has only once played in more than 68 games in a season across his nine year career. He currently has 19 goals, 25 assists, 173 SOG, 10 PIMs and a +1 plus/minus through 42 games prior to his injury.
