He takes on the New York Rangers who are coming off a 1-0 win over the Flyers his last time out and ranks fourth in the NHL in shots on goal per game (36.5).

Martin picked up his first win of the season, stopping 34 of 35 (.971 SV%) in a 5-1 victory over Pittsburgh his last time out. Vancouver's backup has seen limited action this season, posting a 1-0-1 record to go alongside his .926 SV% and 2.44 GAA. He faces the Anaheim Ducks at home Thursday, who is on a two-game winning streak but ranks 30th in the NHL in goals for per game (2.5).

Binnington was horrid his last time out, allowing five goals (.737 SV%) on 19 shots in his third straight losing effort, and the Blues were downed 5-1 by the LA Kings. The Blues will hope to snap a five-game losing streak as they welcome the New York Islanders to St. Louis who are currently on a four-game winning streak themselves.

He takes on the Minnesota Wild Thursday who has won four of their last five games and has a top five power play across the league (27.8%).

Quick had his best start of the season last time out, stopping 27 of 28 shots (.964 SV%) in a 5-1 win over St.Louis. The 36-year-old has struggled so far in 2022-23, posting a 3-4-0 record along with a .888 SV% and 3.44 GAA. He should not see a ton of shots as he faces the Chicago Blackhawks who rank 31st in the NHL in shots on goal per game (25.7).

Sorokin will start Thursday in St. Louis.

Sorokin stopped 21 of 22 shots (.955 SV%) in a 3-1 win over Chicago his last time out to earn his third straight victory. He has been his usual exceptional self this season, posting a .935 SV% and 2.03 GAA while going 4-3-0. He faces off against St.Louis, who finds themselves of a current five game losing streak.

Matt Martin will be back in the Islanders' lineup Thursday vs. St. Louis

Martin was a healthy scratch for the first time this season Tuesday but will draw back in the lineup Wednesday replacing Ross Johnston. Through nine games this season, the 33-year-old has four points (2g/2A) and is a +2 plus/minus while only playing 9:51 ATOI per game.

Soderblom stopped 28 of 30 shots (.933 SV%) in a hard-fought 3-1 loss to the Islanders his last time out. The rookie will be forced to man the Blackhawks' crease while Alex Stalock deals with a concussion. He has played well in limited time for Chicago, posting a .920 SV% and 3.1 GAA while still yet to get his first win of the season. He faces the LA Kings, who are coming off a 5-2 beatdown from the Dallas Stars.

Andersen stopped 18 of 20 shots (.900 SV%) to lead Carolina over Washington 3-2 in shootout his last time out. After finishing fourth in Vezina voting in 2021-22, he has struggled so far this season, posting a 4-2-0 record along with a .896 SV% and 2.64 GAA. He takes on the Tampa Bay Lightning Thursday who is starting to find their footing, winning their last three games scoring four goals in each victory.

Skinner will start Thursday vs. the Devils.

Skinner was exceptional his last time out stopping 40 of 42 shots in a 3-2 victory over Calgary. The Edmonton native has been a revelation this season, leading all goaltenders in the NHL with a .955 SV% and is second in GAA with his 1.59 GAA. He faces off against the hottest team in the NHL in New Jersey, who is on a four game winning streak and ranks second in the league in shots per game (39.1) and sixth in goals (3.6).

Kuemper stopped 33 of 35 shots (.943 SV%) but was unfortunately on the losing side of a 3-2 overtime loss to Carolina his last time out. Since signing in the off-season from Colorado, Kuemper has been incredibly solid, posting a 4-3-0 record to go along with his .922 SV% and 2.39 GAA. He faces the Detroit Red Wings Thursday who have been stumbling as of late, dropping three of their last four games and only scoring more than two goals once during that time.

Head coach Rick Bowness announced Thursday that Morgan Barron will be out at least 4-5 weeks after undergoing wrist surgery. The 23-year-old has played well to start the season, collecting four points (1G/3A) and 15 SOG through nine games.

Markstrom lost his last time out stopping 23 of 26 shots (.885 SV%) in a 3-2 loss to division and provincial rival Edmonton. Markstrom has been okay this season despite his impressive 4-1-0 record, posting a .903 SV% and 2.60 GAA. He faces a struggling Nashville Predators squad who has dropped seven of their last eight contests.
