Trenin was a second-round pick of the Predators in 2015 and he has made it to the NHL after 126 AHL games. Trenin has had a hot start to the season, scoring four goals with one assist in three games with Milwaukee.

Salomaki started the year in Milwaukee, where he had one goal and one assist in three games. He had three goals and four assists (seven points) in 37 games with the Predators a season ago.

Carr cleared waivers earlier in the week but remained with the Predators because Filip Forsberg is banged up. Miikka Salomaki has been recalled to take Carr's spot on the roster.

Andersen allowed two goals on 29 shots in the Maple Leafs’ win over the Wild last Tuesday. Andersen has won his last two starts while stopping 52 of 56 shots (.929 SV%) and will make his seventh start on Saturday night. The 30-year-old was 1-1-0 while giving up eight goals on 68 shots in his two regular-season starts vs. the Bruins last year.

Hischier remains day-to-day and will miss his second straight game with an upper-body ailment. With Hischier out again, Jack Hughes will remain on the Devils' top-line with Taylor Hall and Kyle Palmieri.

Greene has been out since October 9th, missing the last five games, but will replace Will Butcher in the lineup on Saturday. Green has no points, two shots and a plus-2 rating in three games this season.

Vasilevskiy allowed three goals on 37 shots in the Lightning’s shootout win in Boston on Thursday. Vasilevskiy has won three straight while allowing just seven goals on 99 shots (.929 SV%). Overall, he has won four of his first five outings and is a great option against an Avalanche team on the second leg of a back-to-back with a goalie making his fourth career NHL start.

Blackwood allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Devils win over the Rangers on Thursday. Blackwood secured the Devils’ first win of the season and earned himself a second-straight start this afternoon. Today he faces a Vancouver team that is 4-2-0 and is averaging the 11th most goals per game (3.33 GF/pg).

Oesterle took a puck in the back of the head on Thursday night and is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Senators. If Oesterle can’t play, Ilya Lyubushkin will draw into the lineup.

Letestu was considered day-to-day earlier in the week and they were still waiting on tests to be done. Obviously they didn’t get great news and Letestu landed on IR on Friday.

Hart was pulled after allowing four goals on 14 shots in the Flyers loss in Edmonton on Wednesday. It was Hart’s first bad outing of the season and moved him to 2-1-1 with a 2.46 GAA and .904 SV% in four starts. He is a great option on Saturday, facing a Stars team that ranks last in the NHL in goal-scoring (1.89 GF/gm) through their first nine games.

Anderson stopped 33 of 34 shots in the Senators' loss to the Wild on Monday. After a tough start to the season, Anderson has played well in his last two outings. The veteran netminder has stopped 52 of the last 55 shots (.945 SV%) that he has faced but he remains a risky option against a Coyotes team that is in the top-10 in shots per game (33.3) right now.

Raanta allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Coyotes overtime loss in Colorado last Saturday. Darcy Kuemper is playing very well right now, so Raanta will need a strong outing vs. a weak Senators team to remain in-line for a large workload. Since landing with the Coyotes, Raanta is 14-15-4 with a .929 SV% at Gila River Arena. He is a must-start this evening.
