Yandle was expected to miss an extended period of time, but was in the lineup on Tuesday and will be game-time decision again tonight. Yandle played 23:57 in Philadelphia, so it appears as if he is fine, so expect him to be in the lineup tonight.

Simpson, 23, was a fourth round pick (No.92 overall) in 2011 and will fill-in for an injured Mark Fayne on Thursday. Simpson has picked up one goal in 12 games with Bakersfield prior to his call-up.
Hutchinson allowed two goals on 22 shots in the Jets’ overtime win in St. Louis on Saturday. Connor Hellebuyck started the last two games, but Hutchinson will be between the pipes tonight vs. the Rangers. He has a less than ideal .895 SV% through his first 11 appearances and New York continues to pace the NHL with 3.59 goals for per game.
Gustavsson allowed two goals on 33 shots in the Oilers’ loss to Minnesota on Sunday. Gustavsson has posted a 2.00 GAA and .923 SV% across five performances this season and will start the first game of the Oilers back-to-back tonight in Philadelphia. The Flyers come in having won six in a row.
Bishop allowed a single goal on 30 shots in the Lightning’s overtime loss in Carolina on Sunday. Bishop has gone 1-0-1 while stopping 63 of 65 shots (.969 SV%) in his last two starts, so tonight he makes his third consecutive start. Bishop is a must-start vs. the Canucks, who currently rank 28th in the NHL in scoring (2.19 GF/PG).
Price allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Canadiens’ shootout win over the Kings on Sunday. The win snapped a brief two-game losing skid for Price, who will make his 19th appearance tonight vs. New Jersey. The Habs will be without Alex Galchenyuk and David Desharnais for 6-8 weeks, so Price will be leaned on even more heavily for the next month an a half.
Beauvillier has been a healthy scratch for the last three games, but he is expected to play on Thursday. Ryan Strome is not feeling well, so Beauviller will likely replace him in the lineup tonight. The young forward has two goals and five assists (seven points) in 18 games this season.
Strome is reportedly not feeling well, so there’s a good chance that Anthony Beauvillier will replace Strome tonight vs. the Blues.
Boychuk missed Tuesday’s game with flu-like symptoms, but it looks like he’s back in tonight. Boychuk has scored two goals with an assist in his last three games and has nine points (4G / 5A) in 24 games this season.
Greiss allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Islanders’ win over the Penguins on November 30th. Jaroslav Halak has played very well over the last three games, but Greiss will go tonight vs. the Blues. Greiss has won three of his last four starts while posting a 2.12 GAA and .929 SV%. However, he’ll be in tough against a St. Louis team that has won eight of their last 10.
Kinkaid surrendered four goals on 42 shots in the Devils’ win in Nashville on last Saturday. Kinkaid is on-pace for 19 starts, which is one short of last year, but he is playing much better than 2015-16. He comes in at 3-1-2 with a 2.59 GAA and an impressive .928 SV%. Kinkaid will be in tough vs. a St. Louis team that has gone 8-2-1 in their last 11.
Schneider allowed two goals on 24 shots in the Devils’ win over the Canucks on Tuesday. The win snapped a three-game losing streak for Schneider, who will look to put a miserable November behind him. Tonight he starts in Montreal and Schneider has struggled on the road this season. Schneider has gone 1-6-3 with a 2.90 GAA and .905 SV% in arenas not named the Prudential Center.
Allen surrendered two goals on 30 shots in the Blues win over Montreal on Tuesday. Allen has won eight straight games while posting a 2.20 GAA and .923 SV%. Allen has been unbeatable for nearly one month and tonight he gets the nod in Brooklyn. Allen has gone 3-3-1 with a 3.59 GAA and .870 SV% on the road this season.
Pickard allowed five goals on 33 shots in Colorado’s loss to Nashville on November 29th. Pickard has lost his last two starts while allowing seven goals on 64 shots (.891 SV%) and tonight he gets back between the pipes after Semyon Varlamov started the last three. Tonight Pickard starts in Boston—so far he has gone 3-0-0 with a 2.10 GAA and .932 SV% on the road.
Desharnais left Tuesday’s game with a knee injury and the HAbs announced this evening that he will miss at least six weeks. This is a huge blow for the Canadiens, who will also be without centre Alex Galchenyuk for 6-8 weeks.
Rask allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Bruins’ win over the Panthers on Monday. Rask has won three of his last four starts (3-0-1) while posting a 1.71 GAA and .941 SV%. Rask has been exceptional this season and tonight he starts in Washington. The 29-year-old has gone 8-2-1 with a 1.44 GAA and .950 SV% in 11 starts on the road.
Galchenyuk missed Tuesday’s game with a knee injury and after further evaluation in Montreal the Canadiens announced that Galchenyuk would miss at least six weeks. This is a tough break because the Habs will also be without David Desharnais for 6-8 weeks.
Rakell took part in the Ducks' morning skate but did not say whether or not he would take warmups tonight. The Ducks recalled Stefan Noesen from San Diego to presumably take Rakell's spot, but monitor his status during pre-game warmups.
Hudon appeared in three games with the Canadiens in mid-November before suffering an upper-body injury that forced him to miss the last five games. He returns to St. John’s where he has collected 14 points (9G / 5A) in 15 games.
Miller allowed two goals on 40 shots in the Canucks’ shootout win over the Maple Leafs last Saturday. Jacob Markstrom started on Tuesday, but it’s Miller’s crease tonight in Tampa Bay. Miller has won four of his last six starts while posting a 2.64 GAA and .916 SV%. Tonight he will start in Tampa Bay—the 36-year-old has gone 1-6-0 with a 3.23 GAA and .901 SV% on the road this season.
