Anderson has left the team for personal reasons; will not be available for Thursday’s game.

Anderson is expected to leave the team from time to time to be with his wife. Andrew Hammond was recalled on Tuesday and is expected to serve as Mike Condon’s backup on Thursday. There’s no word on when Anderson will return to the team.

Johnson is in the starter's crease at the Flames' morning skate.

Johnson gave up five goals on 43 shots in the Flames’ loss in Philadelphia on Saturday. Brian Elliott played well on Sunday, but Johnson will go tonight vs. Toronto. Johnson has gone 6-3-0 with a 2.01 GAA and .930 SV% in nine November starts and has gone 2-2-0 on home-ice this season.

Dano left Tuesday’s game with a face injury and did not return.

Dano’s face was pretty carved up in Tuesday’s game and forced him to leave and not return. Dano tweeted a picture of his face post-game and seemed to be in good spirits, which bodes well for his availability for Thursday’s game.

Ryan left Tuesday’s game with a hand injury; will not play on Thursday.

Ryan missed two games with a hand injury before returning for the last four—Ryan re-aggravated the injury on Tuesday and will miss at least one game. It sounds like Ryan will miss some time, but monitor his status after Thursday’s game. Until then, consider him as day-to-day.

Quine will be a healthy scratch on Wednesday.

Quine has played in four straight games, recording one assist to give him three points (1G / 2A) in 13 games with the Islanders. He will come out of the lineup on Wednesday. He will be replaced by Ryan Strome, who has sat out the last two games.

Strome will be back in the Islanders lineup on Wednesday.

Strome was a healthy scratch in the last two games, but will be in the lineup for Alan Quine on Wednesday. Strome has collected six points (2G / 4A) in 19 games this season. He will play centre, likely on the third line with Jason Chimera and Anders Lee.

Greiss will start Wednesday vs. the Penguins.

Greiss allowed one goal on 26 shots in the Islanders’ overtime win over the Flames on Monday. Greiss will start his third straight game, having won two of his last three while posting a 1.94 GAA and .937 SV%. Tonight he faces the Penguins on home-ice—Pittsburgh has lost three of five and Greiss has gone 3-2-0 with a 2.60 GAA and .915 SV% at Barclays Center.

Andersen allowed two goals on 35 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Capitals on Saturday. The win snapped a brief two-game losing skid for Andersen, who will make his second start of the season vs. Edmonton. In the first, he stopped 44 of 46 shots in a 3-2 overtime win. However, Andersen has struggled on the road this season, going 1-3-3 with a 3.26 GAA and .908 SV%.

Rinne leads the Predators onto the ice for warmups.

Rinne allowed one goal on 23 shots in the Predators’ win over the Jets on Friday. Rinne has won his last three and seven of his last eight starts while posting a 1.26 GAA, .957 SV% and one shutout. Rinne is red-hot and tonight he will take on an Avalanche team that has lost three of their last five and sit one-game under .500.

Luongo will start Tuesday in Chicago.

Luongo allowed one goal on 37 shots in the Panthers’ win over the Blue Jackets on Saturday. James Reimer started and lost on Sunday, so Luongo is expected to be in goal tonight in Chicago. Luongo has won five of his last six starts while posting a 1.78 GAA and .944 SV%. He will take on a Blackhawks team that has lost three of four.

Lehtonen leads the Stars onto the ice for warmups.

Lehtonen allowed four goals on 20 shots in the Stars’ loss in Nashville last Wednesday. Lehtonen has gone 3-3-2 with a 3.85 GAA and .875 SV% in eight November starts and tonight he’ll make his ninth start on the road—he has gone 3-4-2 with a 3.33 HAA and .879 SV% in the previous eight.
