Anderson allowed two goals on 21 shots in the Senators loss in Anaheim on Wednesday. Anderson has not recorded a win since November 11th and comes in at 3-4-0 with a 2.73 GAA and .900 SV% on the road this season. Anderson will take on a Sharks team that has been victorious in four of their last six games.

Darling is projected to start Saturday in Los Angeles.

Darling allowed three goals on 22 shots in the Hurricanes loss in Vancouver on Tuesday. Darling has now lost three in a row while allowing a combined eight goals on 84 shots (.905 SV%). Tonight he will take on a Kings team that has been really impressive through the first two and a half months and Darling has struggled on the road, going 3-5-2 with a 2.48 GAA and .909 SV%.

Quick was the first goalie off of the ice at the Kings morning skate.

Quick allowed two goals on 21 shots in the Kings win over the Wild on Tuesday. Darcy Kuemper started Thursday vs. the Senators, but it looks like Quick will go tonight vs. the Hurricanes. Quick comes in on a personal five-game winning streak, having posted a 1.38 GAA and .944 SV% in the process.

Varlamov will start Saturday in Florida.

Varlamov allowed four goals on 31 shots in Colorado’s loss in Tampa Bay on Thursday. In his last five appearances, Varlamov has posted a 2.94 GAA and .905 SV% and tonight he will make his 17th start of the season. Varlamov has gone 3-5-0 with a 3.48 GAA and .888 SV% in eight road games this season.

Varlamov allowed four goals on 31 shots in Colorado’s loss in Tampa Bay on Thursday. In his last five appearances, Varlamov has posted a 2.94 GAA and .905 SV% and tonight he will make his 17th start of the season. Varlamov has gone 3-5-0 with a 3.48 GAA and .888 SV% in eight road games this season.

Nilsson will start Saturday in Calgary.

Nilsson allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Canucks win in Nashville on November 30th. Jacob Markstrom has started the last three games, but Nilsson will go tonight in Calgary. Nilsson has gone 5-2-0 with a 2.59 GAA and .928 SV% in seven road starts this season and tonight he faces a Flames team that has lost three of their last four.

Dell will start Saturday vs. the Senators.

Dell allowed one goal on 30 shots in the Sharks win in Florida on December 1st. Martin Jones started the last three games, but Dell will face the Senators in the front-end of the Sharks back-to-back. Dell has gone 1-2-0 with a 1.65 GAA and .941 SV% in three starts and two relief appearances on home ice this season.

Vasilevskiy will start Saturday vs. the Jets.

Vasilevskiy allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Islanders on Tuesday. Peter Budaj gave him a breather on Thursday, so Vasilevskiy will obviously start tonight vs. the Jets. The young netminder leads the NHL with 18 wins and has allowed just seven goals on 128 shots (.945 SV%) in his last four starts.

Smith will start Saturday vs. the Canucks.

Smith allowed one goal on 29 shots in the Flames 2-1 loss in Toronto on Wednesday. David Rittich gave him the night off on Thursday, so Smith gets back in the crease tonight vs. the Canucks. Smith was good on Wednesday, but has now lost three in a row while allowing a combined 11 goals on 77 shots (.857 SV%). Smith has gone 1-1-0 with a 3.58 GAA and .860 SV% in two starts against the Canucks this season.

Jarry will start Saturday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Jarry allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Penguins win over the Islanders on Thursday. In his last six appearances, Jarry has posted a 2.21 GAA, .928 SV% and one shutout and he will continue to start tonight with Mattu Murray still on the shelf. He will take on a Maple Leafs team that has won three of their last four contests.

Bishop (back) will be back between the pipes on Saturday.

Bishop was pulled after he allowed three goals on 15 shots in the Stars loss to Nashville on Tuesday. After missing Thursday’s game in St. Louis with a sore back, Bishop will check back into the crease tonight vs. the Golden Knights. Bishop stopped all 34 shots that he faced in a 3-0 shutout win in Vegas on November 28th.

Andersen stopped 47 of 48 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Flames on Wednesday. Andersen has won four of his last five starts while posting an impressive 2.38 GAA and .935 SV%. Tonight he will make his league leading 26th start of the season and comes into play tied for second in wins (16), tied for 13th in SV% (.922) and tied for 21st in GAA (2.65).

Hellebuyck will start Saturday in Tampa Bay.

Hellebuyck allowed five goals on 32 shots in the Jets loss in Detroit on Tuesday. Hellebuyck got the night off on Thursday, so Hellebuyck will get back between the pipes tonight in Tampa Bay. The 24-year-old has gone 5-3-2 with a 2.72 GAA and .915 SV% on the road this season and Tampa Bay comes in leading the NHL in scoring (3.75 GF/PG).

Brossoit will start Saturday in Montreal.

Brossoit allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Oilers loss to the Flyers on Wednesday. Since Cam Talbot got hurt, Brossoit has allowed a combined 13 goals on 101 shots (.871 SV%) in three starts. He has struggled mightily all season-long and will be in tough tonight as he goes head-to-head with Carey Price in Montreal.
