Annunen will be a healthy scratch on Wednesday vs. Tampa Bay.

With Kaapo Kahkonen making his Avalanche debut and Alexandar Georgiev backing up on Wednesday, Justus Annunen finds himself as the odd man out of Colorado's goaltending trio vs. Tampa Bay. Annunen has nothing to worry about after starting the season as Colorado's best goaltender with his 4-1-0 record, 2.48 GAA and .905 SV%. He is expected to be dressed for their next contest.

Bean is expected to draw back into Calgary's lineup on Wednesday in Utah.

Silovs was the first goalie off the ice at Vancouver's morning skate.

Silovs has not played since October 15th, serving as the backup to Kevin Lankinen for the previous five games, but after a 4-3 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Monday, the Canucks will likely return to the Latvian netminder between the pipes. Silovs was the opening-night starter for the Canucks, but after posting a 4.50 GAA and .827 SV% in his only two outings (0-1-1), Lankinen was able to take control of the crease in Vancouver. The Canucks enter the action on Wednesday as -119 home favorites against a New Jersey Devils squad that snapped a four-game losing skid in that last outing, a 6-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks.

Samuel Honzek
Wood (upper-body) is expected to miss the next 7-10 days.

Wolf will start on Wednesday in Utah.

Despite losing three straight, the Flames will continue their goalie rotation, with Wolf getting his fifth start of the season in their 10th game. Wolf is sporting a solid 3-1-0 record but has allowed three or more goals in three of four contests despite an impressive 2.74 GAA and .924 SV%. The Flames enter the action on Wednesday as +106 road underdogs against the Utah Hockey Club, losers of six of their last seven games.

Dustin Wolf
Colton (broken foot) is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.

Colton played 15:00 time-on-ice before exiting Monday's 5-2 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks due to a lower-body injury. The 28-year-old Colton was seen leaving the arena in a walking boot after the game and is expected to be out of the lineup for 6-8 weeks. The 28-year-old Colton was leading Colorado with eight goals in 10 games and is another loss for an Avalanche club decimated with early-season injuries.

Ross Colton
Ingram will start on Wednesday vs. Calgary.

Utah HC will attempt to snap a four-game losing skid on Wednesday and turn to Ingram between the pipes. Ingram has lost four of his last five outings (1-2-2), allowing three or more goals four times, and posting an ugly .865 SV%. After a 3-0-0 start to the season, Utah has only won once in their last seven contests (1-4-2). They enter the action on Wednesday as -116 home favorites against a Calgary Flames club that has been outscored 14-5 during a three-game losing streak (0-3-0).

The 26-year-old Chychrun has four points (2G / 2A) and 14 shots through eight games this season. Expect Alexander Alexeyev to replace Chychrun on Thursday if Matt Roy isn't ready to return to the lineup.

Jakob Chychrun

Maata was acquired yesterday in a trade from the Detroit Red Wings to address their injuries on the blue line, namely John Marino (back) and Sean Durzi (shoulder), who are out of the lineup for the foreseeable future. Maatta, in the final year of a two-year, $3.0M AAV deal, has no points, three SOG, seven blocked shots, and three hits in seven games this season.
