The 4 Nations Face-Off is an international mini tournament running from Feb. 12-20, 2025 in lieu of the NHL All-Star Game. It includes a round-robin followed by a Final between the top two teams and will feature Canada, the United States, Sweden and Finland.

On Team Canada, Maritimers and good friends Crosby, MacKinnon and Marchand will unite to play as teammates. Team USA had some mild surprises with just one of the two Tkachuk brothers and one of the three Hughes brothers getting the early nods, while reigning Vezina Trophy winner Connor Hellebuyck was left out of the initial six. The American and Swedes named three defensemen apiece. Meanwhile, the Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers are well represented with three members named Friday.

The remaining 4 Nations participants are expected to be named in late November to early December.
