It's unclear exactly what is ailing Greene but head coach Barry Trotz has listed him as a game-time decision for Thursday's game vs. the Blue Jackets. Robin Salo was recalled from the AHL and could replace Greene if he's unavailable.
Greene missed Sunday's game in Philadelphia but will replace Sebastian Aho in the lineup on Tuesday. Greene was rumoured to potentially be on the move before the deadline but remained with the Islanders. Greene has just three points (1G / 2A) in his last 22 games.
Greene will sit out the day before the Trade Deadline for what the Islanders are calling "maintenance." Sebastian Aho will replace him on the blueline.
Greene has been out since November 16th but is expected to be back in the lineup vs. the Sharks. Greene will likely skate with Noah Dobson on the second pairing and comes into the game with just one assist in 13 games.

Greene has been out since October 9th, missing the last five games, but will replace Will Butcher in the lineup on Saturday. Green has no points, two shots and a plus-2 rating in three games this season.
