The 26-year-old undrafted free agent has appeared in seven games for the Kraken in 2024-25, but has failed to pick up a point despite only having three SOG and averaging 8:10 TOI.

Meyers was sent down in order to make room on the roster for Yanni Gourde's return from a lower-body injury. Meyers is yet to register a point in seven NHL games this season.

Meyers has appeared in six games for the Kraken this season and is yet to register a point. In a corresponding move, Tye Kartye was reassigned to Coachella Valley on a conditioning loan.





In a three-game stint with Seattle, Meyers averaged 7:56 time-on-ice, tallying zero points and three hits. The 26-year-old will return to the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL) where he has eight points (2G / 6A) in 11 games this season.

Shane Wright will draw back into Seattle's lineup on Monday against the Anaheim Ducks, resulting in Meyers being a healthy scratch. The 26-year-old Meyers has been limited to only three games this season, averaging 7:56 time-on-ice.


Seattle added a bottom-six piece on Tuesday as it signed Ben Meyers to a one-year contract worth $775,000. The 25-year-old spent 2023-24 between Colorado and Anaheim and had a goal, three points and six PIMs while averaging 10:07 TOI/GP.


Meyers will be the odd-man out on Friday when the Ducks host the Flames. Meyers has one goal and two assists in 22 games this season.
