Seney had yet another strong AHL campaign in 2023-24 with Rockford after putting up 23 goals and 63 points in 68 games played and has signed a one-year, two-way contract extension with Chicago. The 28-year-old has been the definition of a AAAA player for Chicago as he's dominated the AHL for the past few years but cannot seem to put it together in the NHL with only one goal in 15 games in the last four seasons.

The 27-year-old is being rewarded for a great AHL season, where he has 19 goals and 48 points across 50 games so far this season with Rockford (AHL).
Seen was a healthy scratch for the Blackhawks' previous game but will draw back into the lineup Thursday vs. Dallas as he takes Ian Mitchell's spot in Chicago's lineup. The 27-year-old has a goal, seven SOG, and a -1 plus/minus through six games this season when in the lineup.
Seney last played for the Blackhawks on January 8th and will draw back into the lineup Tuesday vs. Vegas. Seney had 18 goals, 44 points and 45 PIMs across 45 games in Rockford (AHL) and will be hoping to duplicate some of the success he has seen in the minors.

The 26-year-old was having a phenomenal season with Rockford prior to his call-up, ranking top-five in AHL scoring with his 14 goals, and 38 points through 32 games prior to his promotion.

The 26-year-old will hope to add to the 55 career NHL games he has played previous to 2022-23 where he had five goals, eight assists, and a -15 plus/minus across three seasons.
Seney has 53 career NHL games under his belt, all with the Devils. Seney was called up to travel with the Maple Leafs but it's unclear whether or not he will make his debut or if he is a reserve. Seney currently leads the Marlies in goals (10) and is second in point (16) through 19 games.
One year after playing in 51 games with the Devils, Seney spent almost the entire 2020 campaign with Binghamton (AHL). The former sixth-round pick led the team in goals (19) and points (44) in 61 games. He has five goals and eight assists (13 points) in 53 career NHL games and will be a on the fringe of the Devils roster in 2021.
Seney has spent most of the campaign with the Devils, where he has 13 points (5G / 8A) in 50 games this season. During his time in the AHL, Seney has 18 points (2G / 16A) in 23 games.
Seney was in the lineup for the last two games but will be replaced by Kurtis Gabriel on Thursday.
Seney has had a hot start to the season, registering 10 points (1G / 9A) in his first 10 games with Binghamton. The former sixth-round pick could make his NHL debut on Saturday.
